Refund policy

Return accepted for 5 days, In-store and Online.
In-store returns requires receipts while returning.
Online returns requires the shipping label sent from us, and it should be packed properly.
For Online returns, refund will be made after we receive the package in our warehouse. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will not take any responsibility regarding mismatch items returned.
Customers are requested to pack their own packages, either with their own packing bags or packing bags provided by the Pickup agent.
This method helps to clear misunderstandings of any third party involvement in the mismatch, making the customer fully responsible for what is inside the package.
Returns are only available for India.
